United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders via DHL. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated by order weight:

Up to 5kg — £4.99

5kg to 6kg — £6.99

6kg to 10kg — £11.99

Over 10kg — Free shipping

European Union and International

We ship to EU countries via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local import VAT and customs handling fees on delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

For countries not listed in our standard shipping zones, please contact us at sales@lavee-solar.com to arrange delivery.

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
