United Kingdom
We ship all UK orders via DHL. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated by order weight:
- Up to 5kg — £4.99
- Over 5kg — Free shipping
European Union and International
We ship to EU countries via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
All EU orders are shipped on Delivered At Place (DAP) terms (Incoterms 2020). This means that whilst we cover the cost of shipping to your delivery address, any import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority before or at the point of delivery.
We recommend checking your local import regulations and duty rates before placing an order. For guidance, please contact your local customs office.
For countries not listed in our standard shipping zones, please contact us at sales@lavee-solar.com to arrange delivery.

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
